Morguard North American Residential REIT Declares July 2019 Distribution of $0.0566 per Unit

MISSISSAUGA, ON, July 15, 2019 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of $0.0566 per unit for the month of July, 2019.  The distribution will be payable on August 15, 2019 to unitholders of record as at July 31, 2019.
