Morguard North American Residential REIT declares September 2014 distribution of 5 cents per unit

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Sept. 15, 2014 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of 5 cents per unit for the month of September, 2014.  The distribution will be payable on October 15, 2014 to unitholders of record as at September 30, 2014.
