Morguard North American Residential REIT Declares March 2014 Distribution of 5 cents per Unit

MISSISSAUGA, ON, March 14, 2014 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of 5 cents per unit for the month of March, 2014.  The distribution will be payable on April 15, 2014 to unitholders of record as at March 31, 2014.
