Morguard North American Residential REIT Declares May 2013 Distribution of 5 Cents Per Unit

MISSISSAUGA, ON, May 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of 5 cents per unit for the month of May 2013.  The distribution will be payable on June 14, 2013 to unitholders of record as at May 31, 2013.
