Morguard North American Residential REIT declares April 2013 distribution of 5 cents per unit

MISSISSAUGA, ON, April 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of 5 cents per unit for the month of April 2013.  The distribution will be payable on May 15, 2013 to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2013.
