Morguard North American Residential REIT declares October 2012 distribution of 5 cents per unit

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Oct. 15, 2012 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of 5 cents per unit for the month of October 2012.  The distribution will be payable on November 15, 2012 to unitholders of record as at October 31, 2012.
