Morguard North American Residential REIT Declares August 2021 Distribution of $0.0583 per Unit

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Aug. 16, 2021 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of $0.0583 per unit for the month of August 2021.  The distribution will be payable on September 15, 2021 to unitholders of record as at August 31, 2021.
