Morguard North American Residential REIT Declares August 2016 Distribution of 5 Cents per Unit

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Aug. 15, 2016 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of 5 cents per unit for the month of August 2016.  The distribution will be payable on September 15, 2016 to unitholders of record as at August 31, 2016.
