Morguard North American Residential REIT Declares November 2015 Distribution of 5 Cents per Unit

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Nov. 13, 2015 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of 5 cents per unit for the month of November, 2015.  The distribution will be payable on December 15, 2015 to unitholders of record as at November 30, 2015.
