Morguard North American Residential REIT declares May 2015 distribution of 5 cents per unit

MISSISSAUGA, ON, May 15, 2015 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of 5 cents per unit for the month of May, 2015.  The distribution will be payable on June 15, 2015 to unitholders of record as at May 29, 2015.
