Morguard North American Residential REIT Declares February 2015 Distribution of 5 Cents Per Unit

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Feb. 13, 2015 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of 5 cents per unit for the month of February, 2015.  The distribution will be payable on March 13, 2015 to unitholders of record as at February 27, 2015.
